Oh, yeah, forgot to mention. In windows 10, Defender considers the RAR for 10.4 to have a trojan (forgot the name). It quarantines it automatically; I had to restore the file. I then used Sandbox to test the extract and look for any odd files. Could not find any. With that I simply extracted the files then as stated in previous comment, opened and built and installed in Delphi without any incident. In the meantime, I returned to my computer which I use to download (separate from my developer system) and the RAR file I downloaded now could not be opened with WinRar. It was saying there was no archive. Apparently Windows had already snatched that in its very paternalist way. I tried to re-download and the same thing happened. Thankfully, I had the quarantined restored file to work with. After Delphi install scanned with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes and the scan was clean.

Thank you for offering these. Just a note to anyone else trying to install 1stClass components. The D10.4 Sydney will install for both 10.3 Rio and 10.4. The 10.3 rar files below are actually not complete, they are missing the registration pas file necessary. The 10.3 with "+Crack" actually has the wrong crack. It has the FireMonkey Infopower BPL instead. Don't bother with those. To Install simply open the group project file available in the Windows/Source folder, then build then install the dc group. I got the message that it would not install because it could not find the BPL. In my case I simply copied the created BPL, which was right where the message said it was not, to the expected Users/Public Document/Embarcadero/Studio/20.0/BPL folder and it installed fine. I am using the Delphi Community Edition which is 10.3 now, thus 20.0 not 21.0. Changing the Project Build Delphi paths would probably correct this issue, but I prefer for these special component installs to have their own location anyway.
